5. Information about children
Many tutoring services involve children and young people. Bookings for students under 18 should normally be made by, or with the involvement of, a parent or guardian.
Only information reasonably required to arrange and provide appropriate tutoring will be collected. It will not be used for unrelated marketing or sold to another organisation.
HL Tutors does not normally request sensitive information. If a parent, guardian or student chooses to provide relevant information about health, disability or additional learning needs, it will only be used where necessary to adapt or safely provide tutoring, and with appropriate consent or another lawful basis.
